Liz Williams Early Years Practitioner at Zion Community Preschool

Liz Williams

Unqualified Early Years Practitioner

Hi, I'm Mrs Williams, (Liz).
I have been a member of the Zion team since 2022 and had already been working with children for 10 years before.
My family (pets included, obviously!) and friends are the most important things to me, but music is a close second!
I am happy to travel for a good gig and have enjoyed many a weekend away seeing a good band or two and meeting up with friends.
Travel is my other love.  Seeing the Northern lights in Finland was an amazing experience and visiting my brother and his family in Shetland is always a joy.  I can’t wait to return to Finland and would also like to take my family to Venice one day.

Rachael Cull Qualified Early Years Practitioner at Zion Community Preschool

Rachael Cull

Qualified Early Years Practitioner

Hi, I’m Mrs Cull, aka Rachael.

I live in the village with my husband, 2 children, my dog and tortoise.

I started at Zion Preschool as bank staff in 2017, I decided to get my qualification and became a qualified Level 3 early years practitioner in 2020.

I am also a qualified Forest School lead and first aid trained.

I enjoy being creative and love to bring these skills into the setting and share with the children.

In my spare time I love spending quality time with my family and friends.

I enjoy good food, theatre trips, apes and achieving my goal to travel to many different counties and experience new things.

The next big country I aim to visit is Japan and hopefully one day visit the gorillas in Africa.

Vicky Glanville Preschool lead at Zion Community Preschool

Vicky Glanville

Preschool Lead

Hi, I'm Mrs Glanville (Vicky).

I have worked at Zion Community Preschool since 2021.

I moved to the preschool after working in a nursery setting.

I originally joined to work a few days a week but that quickly changed when I became the manager in September 2021.

I am the safeguarding lead and hold a qualified first aid certificate.

I enjoy working in the preschool within a small team and enjoy daily activities with the children. I wanted to become part of the team as both my children (twins) attended the Preschool when they were younger.

I live locally in Frampton Cotterell with my husband and 3 children. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, watching Bristol City, going out for meals as well as watching my daughter take part in gymnastics and my son playing football for the local Coalpit Heath team.

I also enjoy eating lots of cakes as my oldest daughter enjoys baking.
